How to Find Company Email Addresses from LinkedIn for Outreach (Free Sheet)

Find Company Email Addresses from LinkedIn

Finding the right email address is one of the hardest parts of link building and blogger outreach. You may know which company you want to contact, but without a working email ID, your pitch never reaches the right person. In this guide, you will learn a simple, free method to find company email addresses using LinkedIn and a ready-made Google Sheet template.

This method works well for SEO professionals, link builders, digital marketers, and content marketers who want to reach the right team members instead of sending emails to a generic contact form.

Click and open the Google Sheet: Free Email Finder Google Sheet

How the Sheet Works

The sheet is built with formulas. When you enter full names of team members in Column A of Sheet 1, the sheet automatically creates different email name formats in Columns B to J. These include common patterns such as first name only, last name only, first name with last name, and initials.

Sheet 2 then combines these name formats with the company website domain to create complete email addresses that you can test.

Step 1: Collect Team Member Names from LinkedIn

Start by choosing the company you want to contact. For this example, we will use invideo.io.

  1. Search for the company on LinkedIn and open its company page.
  2. Click on the People tab to see employees who list the company on their profile. In our example, LinkedIn showed 258 employees.
  3. Filter the list by roles related to your work, such as SEO, Link Building, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Blogger.
  4. Note down the full names of the most relevant people.

You can also collect names from the company website, especially from the “About Us” or “Team” page.

For invideo.io, we selected these 10 team members:

  • Jashwanth Pudiparthi
  • Damita Rawat
  • Prachi Rana
  • Mohammed Abrar
  • Pratik Agrawal
  • Rajnish Panwar
  • Ojas Kavathe
  • Ghulam Murtaza
  • Ayush K.
  • Swapnil Tank

Step 2: Add Names to Column A of Sheet 1

Open Sheet 1 and paste the collected names into Column A. Replace only the names in Column A and leave every other column as it is.

As soon as you add the names, you will see Columns B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J update automatically. Each column shows a different version of the name that companies commonly use for email IDs.

Step 3: Remove the Formulas Using Notepad

The values in the columns are formula results, so pasting them directly into another sheet may break them.

To get clean text:

  1. Select and copy all names from Column B.
  2. Open Notepad (or any plain text editor) and paste them there. This removes all formulas and formatting.
  3. Now copy the plain text again from Notepad.

Step 4: Paste the Names into Sheet 2

Open Sheet 2 and paste the copied text into Column A.

In Column B, enter the website domain of the company whose email IDs you want to find. In our example, this is invideo.io.

Column C will automatically combine the name with the domain and generate complete email addresses, such as name@invideo.io.

You can repeat Step 3 and Step 4 with Columns C to J from Sheet 1 to test other name formats as well.

Step 5: Verify the Email IDs in Gmail

Now it is time to check which email addresses are real. Open Gmail and click Compose. Paste the generated email IDs from Column C into the “To” field one by one, then hover over each address.

If an address belongs to an active account, Gmail often shows a profile card with the person’s name or photo. This is a good sign that the email ID is valid.

From our list of 10 names, these email IDs were confirmed:

  • Swapnil@invideo.io
  • Pratik@invideo.io
  • Ojas@invideo.io

This also tells you the company’s email pattern: first name@domain. Once you know the pattern, you can apply it to other team members with more confidence.

Tips for Better Outreach Results

  • Target the right roles: Contact people who actually handle content, SEO, or partnerships.
  • Personalize your email: Mention their name, their company, and why your pitch is useful to them.
  • Keep it short: A clear, short email gets more replies than a long one.
  • Do not spam: Send one well-written email and one polite follow-up at most. Respect people who are not interested.
  • Use an email verifier: For large lists, a verification tool can help you avoid bounces and protect your sender reputation.

Final Thoughts

Finding company email addresses does not have to be expensive. With LinkedIn, a free Google Sheet, and Gmail, you can discover working email IDs for almost any company in a few minutes. Use this method to reach the right decision-makers, build genuine relationships, and land more quality backlinks for your website.
